AI Communication Consent

You understand and agree that your communications with the AI assistant may be recorded, transcribed, analyzed, and processed.

This includes any information that you voluntarily provide during the conversation, including but not limited to:

• Voice recordings
• Call recordings
• Text messages
• Images
• Audio files
• Videos
• Documents and attachments
• Contact information
• Order details
• Responses provided during the conversation
• Technical metadata such as timestamps, delivery status, call duration, and system logs.

Your information is processed for purposes including:

• Providing the requested AI communication service.
• Recording and maintaining communication history for the business that initiated the conversation.
• Evaluating and improving the performance, quality, accuracy, and reliability of AI agents.
• Customer service, order processing, appointment management, and other business workflows requested by the business.
• Platform security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, auditing, and compliance with applicable laws.

The information collected during your communication will be made available to the business that initiated the conversation and to authorized personnel acting on its behalf.

SafiConfirm processes this information as the technology provider enabling the communication service.

SafiConfirm provides the AI communication platform but does not create, approve, supervise, or control the business's instructions, prompts, policies, products, services, or decisions.

Each business is solely responsible for:

• The content of its AI prompts and instructions.
• The questions asked by its AI assistant.
• The legality of the communications it initiates.
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Any products, services, offers, advice, or representations made through its AI assistant.

Your participation is entirely voluntary.

If you do not wish for your communications and related data to be recorded, processed, or shared with the business that initiated this conversation as described in this Notice, do not grant the requested WhatsApp messaging or calling permission and do not continue with the communication.

By granting the requested WhatsApp permission and continuing with the AI conversation, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Notice and consent to the collection, recording, storage, processing, and sharing of your communications with the business that initiated the interaction for the purposes described herein.
