2.4 Operational Data
Order information (customer names, phone numbers, purchase details), transaction history, service usage patterns, interaction records, and system logs.
2.5 Location Data
Business location address, office coordinates (when explicitly provided), and delivery addresses associated with orders.
3. Data Collection Methods
3.1 Direct Collection: Information you voluntarily provide during registration, profile creation, order submission, and customer support interactions.
3.2 Automatic Collection: Data collected automatically through cookies, web beacons, log files, and analytics tools when you access the Platform.
3.3 Third-Party Sources: Data from integration partners (YouCan, Dropify, Google Sheets), payment processors, and analytics providers.
3.4 File Upload: Data from bulk uploads (Excel, CSV, Google Sheets) containing customer and order information.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
4.1 Contractual Necessity: Processing is necessary to provide and deliver SafiConfirm services, including order processing and account management.
4.2 Legal Compliance: Processing may be required by Moroccan law, tax regulations, or regulatory authorities.
4.3 Legitimate Interest: Processing for fraud prevention, security, service improvement, analytics, and direct marketing (with your consent).
4.4 Your Consent: Processing for marketing communications, optional features, and non-essential analytics.

6. Data Access & Sharing
6.1 Internal Access: Your data is accessible only to SafiConfirm employees who need it for their work, subject to confidentiality agreements.
6.2 Service Providers: We share data with third-party service providers (hosting providers, analytics companies, payment processors) under Data Processing Agreements.
6.3 No Sale or Rent: We will NEVER sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal data to third parties. Your data is never shared for marketing purposes without explicit written consent.
6.4 Integration Partners: When you connect third-party platforms (YouCan, Dropify), data is shared according to those integrations' terms of service.
6.5 Legal Requirements: We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or government request.
6.6 Business Transfer: In case of merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy, your data may be transferred as part of the business asset transfer, with notice provided.
7. Data Retention
7.1 Active Accounts: While your Account is active, we retain all necessary data to provide services.
7.2 Deleted Accounts: Upon account deletion, personal data is retained for 90 days for recovery purposes, then permanently deleted.
7.3 Legal Retention: We retain data as required by Moroccan tax law, commercial law, and data protection regulations (typically 6-10 years).
7.4 Order Data: Order information is retained for 3 years after the order is completed for analytics, compliance, and dispute resolution.
7.5 Marketing Data: If you opt out of marketing, we retain your email address on a suppression list for 24 months to honor your preferences.

8.1 Security Measures: We implement SSL encryption, firewalls, access controls, data encryption at rest and in transit, regular security audits, and intrusion detection systems.
8.2 Staff Training: All employees receive data protection and confidentiality training.
8.3 Incident Response: In case of a data breach, we will notify affected users within 72 hours as required by law.
8.4 No Absolute Security: While we take all reasonable precautions, no data transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute data security.

9.1 Right to Access: You can request a copy of your personal data held by SafiConfirm at any time.
9.2 Right to Correction: You can request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
9.3 Right to Deletion: You can request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements).

SafiConfirm is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we discover we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately. Parents or guardians concerned about data collection should contact privacy@saficonfirm.com.
13. International Data Transfers
If you access SafiConfirm from outside Morocco, your data will be transferred to and processed in Morocco. By using the Platform, you consent to such transfers. We implement safeguards to protect data during international transfer.

SafiConfirm complies with Moroccan data protection laws, consumer protection regulations, and e-commerce laws. We comply with the following frameworks:
